The KOA of South Louisville has an on-site boat ramp that is accessible via the Nature Trails in the park. The waterways you be able to explore here are Salt River and Floyd’s Fork.
Yaking Off Adventures has some off-site locations to put kayakers in the water for our half-day and full day rentals, with a pick-up at the KOA ramp. We offer a free shuttle service to those areas.
Some of these put in areas may have tall grass and irregular walking trails leading to the put-in sites. We recommend comfortable shoes and clothes that you do not mind mind getting wet or dirty.
